Break in but good Dec 23, 2009
I bought these boots because I needed the wide width and liked the colors. The shaft was a bit stiff but it only took a couple wearings to loosen up and they are waterproof to boot. I stuck my foot into a huge deep puddle and my feet were bone dry.

Good shoe for the money Dec 02, 2009
I ordered these shoes after my other hiking shoes fell apart after 15 yrs. I have a narrow foot (8.5 AA)and the shoe is true to size. I have worn them 2x, but only on short hikes. The ankles are a little stiff, but the shoes are comfortable.
