Pronated, Flat Foot shoe lover. Aug 04, 2010 I have a pronated, flat foot. I researched running shoes for my foot type and it gave me this shoe to try. I love it. I also really like the toe box - I have plenty of room for my toes and they never have blisters anymore. Thank God for this shoe.

My favorite running shoe Apr 23, 2010 I'm not rating this based on size- sizes of shoes are always different and you should be fitted in a store before you buy something as important as a running shoe online.
I've gone through pairs and pairs of running shoes, and it wasn't until I was fitted with these Mizunos that I realized I found the one! I'm on my 4th pair! I have flat feet, and the stability on these shoes is fantastic. They're also super light and extremely comfortable!
I'm a fan
wave alchemy Apr 10, 2010 The shoe runs bigger than past pairs. I have used the Wave Alchemy for several years, and I love the stability of this shoe. Sadly the Alchemy 9 run about a 1/2 size larger than past versions. I'll have to buy inserts or save them to wear with winter wool. This being said, they are probably true to size now. I have always worn the 8 in my Mizunos, but wear a 7 or 7 1/2 in street shoes... Ordering on line is tricky.

Do not run true to size Oct 08, 2009 The shoes so far are nice but I have to say that they do not run true to size. I am a 7.5 and brought an 8 and they are too small and a little narrow. I recommend getting them in a whole size bigger if you don't want your feet to feel to cramped. Other than that, Mizuno advertises and raves about how great of a shoe it is but I haven't really noticed that much of a difference in the performance compared to my usual running shoes.
