4Great product  Jul 20, 2010
I bought my first Wave Rider three years back from a store. I went in to get a fitted shoe since I have wider than normal feet. Ever since, I have saved a considerable amount of time in "shoe-searching' by just ordering online with the specs. The fit, weight and comfort of the wave riders have never failed me. They last long as well.

This particular piece is also great. Bought it about a month ago and so far so good. Its worth the money (and online, the money is much lesser as well).

5Great Shoes  Jun 09, 2010
I cannot say it enough, Mizuno's are great shoes. I started out with other brands in early years but now I stick with these. I have been running in the 11s the past couple of years, but these are my first 12. They feel great.

1damaged product with no return  Jun 08, 2010
I purchased the wave rider through Amazon but it shipped from another source that I had never heard of before. After one use the side split out rendering the shoes useless. I tried to get a refund but the red-tape and nonsence left me frustrated and out more then $100. Don't buy these shoes.Don't buy through Amazon, if something goes wrong you will be sorry. They know how to take your money but make it impossible to get a refund without and act of Congress.

4Great shoe..quite a bit different feel from the Wave Rider 10 though  Apr 17, 2010
This shoe is light, comfortable, and supportive for those who need good cushioning while running because of joint problems. The only thing I would suggest to keep in mind is that if you are used to older versions of the wave rider series, specifically the wave rider 10, this shoe has less forefoot support than the wave rider 10. For the first couple of runs my forefoot grew very tired very quickly because my running style shifts from prominent heal strike to sometimes heavier forefoot running. However, if you can get used to (or if you are already used to) running with a prominent heal strike in every stride, I think that you will love this shoe.

4These are great!  Mar 11, 2010
I did a decent amount of research before deciding on the Wave Rider 12. I have had these shoes for 30 days and done a number of 20, 30 and 35 minutes runs. So far they have been great!
I wear down the outside of all of my shoes. In some case, the back-outside sole has totally worn away while the back-inside looks brand new. Also, when I stand barefoot I find it most comfortable to stand on the outside edges of my feet.
I have found that the Wave Rider 12 have the perfect amount of cushioning. I have had no knee pain while running (something I experienced previously) and find the shoes to have a nice amount of spring.
I really hope that they'll hold up over the long run. (no pun intended)
