Quality Running Shoe Dec 05, 2009 I bought these for my wife because of the fit and her foot size, she loves them. A great quality running shoe for the price if you plan on seriously putting miles on them.
She has purchase several variations of Mizuno with great satisfation.
Awesome Running Shoes! Sep 28, 2009 This is the second pair of Mizunos for me and I LOVE them! They are light weight, extremely well-vented, and are the most comfortable pair of running shoes I have EVER owned. I have owned other top name-brand running shoes, but, none of them compare to these. There was no uncomfortable 'break-in' period either. I pulled them out of the box and ran six miles with no discomfort. These shoes hold up very well to high mileage.

It's like running on pillows Jun 14, 2009 These shoes were recommended to me when I went to Fleet Feet in San Francisco. They are some of the most cushioned shoes I've ever used. As someone who under-pronates and who suffers from plantar fasciitis, I need both cushioning and support. I get the cushioning from these shoes, and in conjunction with Powerstep Pinnacle Orthotics Arch Supports MEN'S 11 my plantar fasciitis has completely gone away. I'll be buying these shoes again once I'm done with my two up-coming half marathons. Or I might move up to the Mizuno Wave Inspire 5 Cushion Running Shoe Mens because the folks at Fleet Feet said that there have been no changes between the two models.
Another nice thing about the shoe is that the uppers are very soft! They hug the top of my feet like a silk glove.
If you're a heavy runner or an under-pronator who needs a lot of cushioning, you'll love these shoes!

Awesome May 20, 2009 I'm 39 years old and used these Mizuno Wave Inspire 4s to train for my very first marathon. Awesome breathability keeps your feet cool. Just the right amount of stability and cushioning for longer training runs. I put over 400 miles on these. I had to retire them just prior to my 26.2 mile run...and made the mistake of wearing Sauconys for the race..wish I would have kept my Zunos for the marathon. Buying another pair tonight!

Good Shoe Mar 02, 2009 I bought a pair of these around June 2008 after going to a running store in the Seattle area. They recommended these after watching my stride and foot positioning. I bought a 12, and had a few practice runs in them before a police physical fitness exam the next month. They are lightweight without being too flexible, and despite being brand new I didn't develop any blisters or other use-related issues when running in them (new). I have since put about 300 miles on them and they're still holding up well. I use them primarily on an indoor treadmill, walking on pavement, and occasionally running on a track or on asphalt/cement. I would recommend first having a running store or knowledgeable person take a look at what type of shoe you need- but definitely try these shoes out as they have performed well for me!
