Great shoe for the money Dec 24, 2009
By M. Ramsey I'm an avid runner and average about 25 miles a week. I'm 5' 9" and weigh nearly 200lbs. I have been running on Asic's premium shoe, the Gel-Kayano series, for about 5 years now, and decided to "downgrade" to the GT series after my last pair of Kayanos didn't last very long. So far these shoes are great! Every bit the shoe the Kayano is without the premium price. I wouldn't hesitate to buy these again or to recommend them to anyone who has a larger frame that needs more cushioning.

Fantastic! Mar 01, 2010
By J. Mercer I have the most flat-footed feet in the world, and I've never been able to find a comfortable shoe; or at least one that gave lasting comfort through the day. I read a few good reviews and decided to try these out. It was a great decision! My job entails walking about 6 miles a day on concrete floors and with these shoes my feet rarely bother me anymore. They're extremely lightweight and feel like you're walking on air. They hold up extremely well when running too. The mesh keeps your feet from sweating as badly and the air blowing in them is really refreshing. I love them and recommend them to anyone looking for a great pair of everyday, work or running shoes.

Not my favorite running shoe anymore. Jun 21, 2010
By A. Keenan I've been running in the asics GT 2100 series since the GT 2100s came out. I loved them because it's really hard to find a good running shoe when you have a really wide foot. The shoe doesn't feel that much different than the last generation. It feels a bit more stiff. The main issue was that there is a sharp edge by the medial arch of the shoe. To top that off, the insert doesn't fit properly in the shoe. It overlaps and gave me some of the worst blisters I've ever had after only running a mile. I'm hoping it's an isolated issue but if you're buying a wide size, it might be to your advantage to find a brick-and-mortar to check for these issues.

Very good shoe Feb 01, 2010

"Like it Cold"
The Asics GT-2150 has gotten some of the best recent reviews of any running shoes, and its high marks are well earned. What surprised me the most was how quickly they felt "broken in" to me. They are relatively new, so I can't comment on how well they will last, but they are stable, light, and surprisingly well cushioned. Great purchase.

Most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. Jul 31, 2010
By Tempe4Ever I saw someone at work wearing a pair of Asics and really liked the style. I went to amazon and asics website and started doing some research. Mostly, I wear Nike or New Balance outside of dress shoes and "doc's".
I wear a size 13, and a pretty wide foot. It's hard to go to a store and find anything in a 13 much less in wide it seems. Especially in a shoe you actually like. This is what drove me to Amazon.
I ordered the shoes on Sunday and they were on my doorstep on Thursday. I am always pleased with Amazon's quick shipping.
As for the product? I couldn't be happier with these shoes. As soon as I took them out of the box, I threw 'em on and ran a mile (they were already even laced up for me). It's like walking (and running) on clouds. They are very supportive, comfortable, stylish and I plan on buying these in other colors (bought the black this time around).
My only con: I don't care for the reflector on the top/front but that's just me nit-picking on an otherwise perfect shoe.
